We use Microsoft Clarity analytics to understand how visitors use the site, improve usability, and diagnose technical issues. Clarity may record visitor sessions, including clicks, scrolling, page navigation, and general device or browser telemetry.

To protect your privacy, we mask form fields that may contain personal details before Clarity records them. Clarity analytics is not used for advertising, selling personal information, or tracking you across unrelated sites.

Our website may use analytical cookies set by Microsoft Clarity to associate user sessions and analyze how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

We use the information you submit exclusively to:

• Evaluate your early-access application and determine fit

• Understand the problems small and medium businesses are trying to solve so we can build the right product

If you are not accepted into the early-access programme and do not hear from us, your data will be deleted within 12 months of submission. If we enter a commercial relationship, data will be retained per the terms of that agreement.

We share your data only with the minimal set of third-party service providers required to operate our business:

• Form processing infrastructure — to receive and store your submission securely
• Email providers — to send and receive email communications with you
• Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity) — to capture session analytics and page usability behavior

All service providers are required to process data only on our instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection law.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
