1. About Softworker AI

3. Early-Access Programme

3.1 Programme Nature

Our early-access programme is an invitation-only pre-commercial initiative. Applying does not guarantee access. We evaluate each application individually and reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.

3.2 Beta and Preview Software

Any software or platform access provided during the early-access programme is provided as-is, for evaluation purposes only. It may contain bugs, be incomplete, or be changed substantially before general availability. We make no warranties about the stability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any beta or preview feature.

As an early-access participant, you may choose to provide feedback, suggestions, or feature requests. By doing so, you grant Softworker AI a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that feedback to improve our products and services, without any obligation of compensation or attribution.

3.4 Confidentiality

Early-access participants may be exposed to non-public information about our platform, roadmap, or technology. You agree to treat such information as confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or networks
