Every request, one inbox, the right owner.
Requests from Slack, Teams, email, forms and webhooks land in one place and go to the right agent or person.
One front door for every request.
No request gets lost
Every request is captured in one place, with a clear owner and status.
Personal and team inboxes
Each person has an inbox of their own, and each team shares one for its common work.
Routed on arrival, not in meetings
AI triage reads each request and sends it to the right agent or person straight away.
One inbox for every channel
Requests from Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, forms, webhooks, integrations and direct workspace instructions arrive in one place, so nothing sits unseen in a side channel.
- Personal and shared inboxes
- One status for every request
- No more chasing follow ups

AI triage and routing
Each request is read and matched to a workstream, an agent and a skill. People can check the routing and change it before work starts.
Can someone check the Acme renewal before Friday?
Connected to your tools
The inbox connects with the tools your teams already use, so agents can pull in context and update systems inside approved boundaries.
From request to recorded result.
-
A request arrives
From a channel, a form or a webhook.
-
The AI reads it
It works out what is being asked and who should own it.
-
It is routed
To the right agent or person, in the right workstream.
-
Work starts in a thread
With the request and its context attached.
Every feature runs inside the same six controls.
Identity, access, approvals, supervision, audit and policy apply to every agent and every run, whichever part of the workspace it happens in.

Shared AI inbox: questions and answers
Short answers to what teams ask before they put this part of SoftworkerAI to work.
Contact us directlyWhich channels are supported?
Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, forms, webhooks, integrations and direct instructions in the workspace. If your team relies on another channel, tell us during early access.
What is the difference between a personal and a shared inbox?
A personal inbox holds requests for one person. A shared inbox holds requests for a team, so anyone on that team can see the work, pick it up or reassign it.
Can we set routing rules?
Yes. You decide which workstreams, agents and skills handle which kinds of requests, and triage follows those rules.
What if the AI routes a request to the wrong place?
You can change it. The intent card shows how the request was routed, and a person can reassign it to another workstream, agent or teammate before work continues.
The multiplayer workspace for humans and AI agents is how teams move beyond prompting and safely hand AI real work. It gives people one place to plan, approve, and oversee execution, so they can run work with AI agents they can govern and trust.
